I eat at and review Ceres in the Little Italy neighborhood of New York City. The pizzeria was started by veterans of the three Michelin starred restaurant Eleven Madison Park. Ceres became very popular and captured the attention of everyone when Dave Portnoy of One Bite Pizza Reviews scored the restaurant’s pizza 9.2. As a result, lines grew, and long waits ensued.
