The Intelligizer has 2 tin plated fence sensor cables that attach to the ground and fence terminals of your charger. Ensure you have a solid point of contact with the fence and ground terminals and the fence sensor cables. It doesn't matter which color is connected to either terminal. Plug the AC charger into the switching power plug of the Intelligizer. Then plug the power plug of the Intelligizer into your power outlet and that completes the installation portion of your setup. The first time you plug the Intelligizer into an outlet, your fence will be OFF until you activate your unit and send the first ON command from your paired cell phone.
