Come along as we experience the most smelly ferry we have ever been on, from Bari, Italy to Igoumenista, Greece! We were on the SuperFast Ferries and we spent almost 10 hours on this overnight ship. The final destination of the ship was the popular tourist attraction, Patras, Greece. Igoumenitsa was one of the stops on the way. We purchased the tickets online directly from the SuperFast Ferries and the most budget option was the lounge deck at around 68Euro – 100 Euro per person depending on the season. Our experience on this ship was not a very pleasant one as there was a lot of cigarette smoke on the ship. But still, it was an unforgettable experience crossing the Mediterranean Sea. Igoumenista, Greece is a good option for a stop-over before catching moving your journey forward by bus in Greece.
