We’re back on MapleStoryM The mobile version of MapleStory! As they just teased a new class which is in the same class branch as Sia and Erel! Sia was just released for MapleStory Global so perhaps this class together with Erel will be ported over to the PC version as well at one point! Iel seems to be an archer like class who users a crystal to materialize her attacks. DIrectly translating her job she is a light linker who uses a Eclipse Pendulum hailing from the Linua region. During her skill preview we see a few attacks. This one is called Radiant Link which I am assuming is her main attacking skill this hurricane like attack and not the tree popping out. Also how many lines does his attack do haha. This one is called Altea Liberation which is a huge full screen attack, no that’s not her origin skill. Considering that there also are smaller trees popping out it might be a skill that can be triggered after a few stacks, or perhaps it is just a big hyper skill attack or fifth job skill. Chromatic Reactor which seems to be a huge crystal summon like attack. That summon looks way to big though its huge haha And this attack is called Polarity clash which might be a hyper skill attack, like its big but not too big haha. Im using google translate for the skill names so they might appear different once she is porter over. Ok so a few things caught my attention. Even though she isnt using a bow we can still see the same stance as a character using a bow weapon. That’s why I assumed she is a bowman. She looks to be using a hurricane style attack which has a ton of horizontal rage, she can move while using the attack. But we dont see her jump while using it.. If you look closely you can also see 6 stacks that appear around her, 3 on each side. And it looks like those can be stacked using her main attacking skill. Here during the lotus fight we see them filling up. Perhaps this is used to unleash this flurry of arrows or her other attacks. Buut that could also be a 6th job buff similar to what bowmasters get. And I noticed that during the magnus fight I see small projectiles flying out. Also over here when she’s fighting will. Also we are beginning to see a pattern here. This race branch is called Shine. And now we have Sia, Erel and Iel which means that if this theory is correct there still are 2 more classes coming whose names will be starting with H and N. Perhaps one of those new classes will be a space themed pirate called Njett. What does everyone think of her skills shown in the teaser so far? Personally I think she looks a bit too much like a reskinned bowmaster but perhaps the teaser is giving me the wrong impressions. And a bit more about this big summer update for MapleStoryM. In the korean version this class will be releasing next month! There also will be hyper burning, item burning and additional burns available! Everyone is on fire. This update also bring bonuses for total Legion levels. The cost for link skill transfer has been removed and skills can be transferred an unlimited amount of times now. The amount of exp required to level up between level 170 and 269 has been reduced by 50%! Also the max level was increased to level 300. Burning cernium will be added, boss improvements.
