Don’t forget to like, comment, share and subscribe for more Filipino recipes! #PancitCanton #FilipinoFood #EasyRecipes #StirFriedNoodles #HomeCooking #Foodie #AsianCuisine #ChickenAndShrimp #QuickMeals #PinoyFood Pancit Canton with Chicken and Shrimp Recipe Ingredients 250g Pancit Canton (egg noodles) 2 bags 12OZ shrimp peeled and deveined 3 skinless boneless chicken breast or thigh sliced very thin 1 medium cabbage shredded 1 1/2 cup carrot shredded 1 small bell green and 1 red pepper sliced 1 small onion chopped 1 cloves garlic minced 2 bottles 16.9 oz water 2 tbsp soy sauce add to your taste 1 tbsp fish sauce (optional) 1 tsp sugar ½ tsp ground black pepper 1 tbsp cornstarch (dissolved in 2 tbsp water optional for thickening) 2 tbsp cooking oil Calamansi or lemon wedges for serving Instructions Prepare the Ingredients Clean and devein shrimp Slice the chicken into thin strips Chop all vegetables and set aside Cook the Chicken and Shrimp Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat cook until done put aside Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant Cook the Vegetables In the same pan add another tablespoon of oil Stir-fry carrots bell peppers and cabbage for about 2 minutes then remove and set aside Cook the Noodles Add the Pancit Canton noodles to the pan stirring occasionally until they absorb the sauce and soften If the noodles seem dry add a bit more broth or water Combine Everything Return the cooked chicken shrimp and vegetables to the pan Toss everything together until well mixed and heated through If using cornstarch slurry add it now and stir until the sauce slightly thickens Serve Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with calamansi or lemon wedges Enjoy your delicious homemade Pancit Canton with Chicken and Shrimp
