Old Rusty File Turning into a Dagger Knife ‎ ‎In this project I used an old metal file and transformed it into a beautiful handmade dagger knife. First I cut and shaped the file using a grinder to create the basic dagger blade form. After shaping and refining the blade I added custom design details to enhance its appearance. ‎ ‎Next I heat-treated the blade by heating it until red hot and then quenching it in water to harden the steel. This process increased the blade’s strength and durability. ‎ ‎After hardening I fitted a strong handle and completed the final finishing.
