This group course work is for the development of a web-based secure role- based secure system for collecting and processing Extenuating Circumstances (EC) claims by students in a large University. System has applicable for all devices and the identified main stakeholders are EC Manager, EC Coordinator, Student and Administrator and claim process will be circulate among them. Further, a student can submit EC Claims through the developed system and EC Coordinator can access and response to each claim requests only in that particular faculty. That means EC Coordinator is responsible for one faculty claim requests.EC Manager can view all claims of university but cannot process. Same rights has allocated to the administrator and additionally he can manage university related administrative work through the new system. Further, focus on delivering the worthy end product with in a shortest time used agile scrum method as a development method. All of the agile roles including product owner, scrum master, database designer, information architect, programmers, web designers, tester and technical team leader are contribute to the whole process. Team has self-organized and work together and determine the best way to deliver the highest priority function to the product owner. Parallel the system has tested all required functions according to test plan on the production environment and it is compatible for all devices and the browsers. Finally, released good quality software product according to the requirements for fulfill the process in Extenuating Circumstance student claim system.
