2.MIssion RFA will insert ground elements (Oscar) at street level at the German Embassy, secure it and any personnel taking refuge in said building. Oscar units will locate and secure an area near the embassy large enough to land a Huron for the extraction fo personnel and RFA personnel. Due to the volitile nature of the city RFA air assets (Raven) will provide overwatch west and northwest of Bolabongo to prevent any overspill of armed civilians from uncontrolled areas during execution of mission. The focus of the mission is to secure, protect and evacuate personnel taking refuge at the German embassy. The local protests, or armed protesters are not a priority unless they threaten the success of the mission. Unless engaged, ground movement shall be conducted in a low profile manner, with the exception of search and clearing embassy building Due to mission time constraints and as a security measure, identity of those in German embassy will be confirmed at USS Moore.
