PREP/COOK TIME: About 15 Minutes Makes About 28 Ounces INGREDIENTS ½ Cup (1 Stick) – Unsalted Butter 1 Cup – Packed, Light or Dark Brown Sugar 1 Tsp – Pure Vanilla Extract ½ Cup – Jameson Irish Whiskey 1 Can (13.5 Oz) – Coconut Milk ½ Tsp – Kosher Salt THE NITTY GRITTY In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add brown sugar; stir to combine. Add vanilla extract and whiskey (sputtering will occur); simmer for about 1 – 2 minutes. Whisk in coconut milk; simmer for another 2 – 3 minutes. Add salt and stir. Serve immediately. Keep any leftover sauce in an air-tight container; stays fresh refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
