Linda Wang Founder & Owner of Catering Brand Mr.Choi Wang is the founder of Caijia Desserts. Although the speaker is a master in early childhood education from Monash University in Australia, she has started a catering business that has nothing to do with her major. The past decade has seen the success of a number of phenomenal desserts and delicacies, including the goldmedal lapoulon, the opeahouse, and the Wellington steak. In line with the purpose of the food need to bring happi ness to the public, she and her team has been sticking to adopting high quality ingredients without artificial additives in order to create authentic western desserts.
