The essence of Alesya's sound is a hymn to decadence, an ode to the nocturnal spirit that lurks in mythical, forgotten ruins and castles shrouded in misty slumber. Alesya's compositions are a portal to a world where time has crystallized, where the moon casts a pale light over dried-up, ivy-covered crypts, and the echoes of an aristocratic past resonate among the mantles and cracked stone walls. Their music, steeped in sepulchral minimalism, invokes the rawness of 90s Raw Black Metal, following in the wake of the French hordes or legendary Finnish bands, but filtered through a philosophical and atmospheric prism that distinguishes it for its introspective and misanthropic approach. Each of the icy, distorted riffs, enveloped in a sonic haze, intertwines with spectral keyboards and somber ambient landscapes. Despite being a fairly short demo, it leaves us with a growing sense of anticipation, generating a feeling of isolation and contemplation. It's not just the chill of the atmosphere that permeates each composition, but the emptiness of existence itself behind the layers of solemn atmospheres and well-executed riffs, the longing for a cursed eternity that creeps in with every black chord, with every lament that spreads through the gloom of this demo.
