Whisk together Yogurt 100 ml Egg yolks 2 pcs. 3/4 teaspoon salt. 2. Whisk again. Flour 730-780 g (add in parts) 3. Mix well with a spatula. Butter 70 ml (4 tablespoons) 4. Stir again 5. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1–2 minutes. 6. Place the dough on the table 7. Add another 40 ml of butter 8. Knead the dough for 5–7 minutes. 9. Watch the video until the end! You’ve definitely never seen a method like this! 10. The dough should become smooth and not stick to your hands. 11. Grease the pan 12. Cover with a lid and let it rest for 50–60 minutes. 13.
