365 Retail Markets debuts anti-theft kiosk camera, smart cooler integrations, age verification tech and room charge innovation | Live from 2025 NAMA Show At the 2025 NAMA Show, @365retailmarkets unveiled an array of new products and upgrades aimed at expanding micro market capabilities, enhancing security and entering new verticals such as hospitality and alcohol sales. Ryan McWhirter of 365 Retail Markets took Bob Tullio of Automatic Merchandiser and Vending Market Watch on a full tour of the new offerings, which were widely praised on the show floor. What’s new from 365 Retail Markets at NAMA 2025? Here's the highlight reel: 1. Market Site theft prevention add-on This new camera accessory for the MM6 Mini kiosk detects under-ringing and suspicious scanning behavior in real time. It prompts users to scan missed items before completing a transaction. It's available now and retrofittable to existing MM6 Mini kiosks. 2. Ambient Cabinet Vision add-on Operators can now attach an ambient cabinet to the PicoCooler Vision, allowing them to sell shelf-stable goods like snacks, toiletries, and cleaning supplies. It uses the same computer vision and payment system, unlocking both units simultaneously. 3. Wide-body Ambient Cabinet Seven inches wider than the standard version, this model provides significantly more merchandising space — ideal for replacing both beverage and snack vending machines with a single, modern unit. 4. PicoCooler Vision with age verification In partnership with Clear, 365 now enables real-time age verification for alcohol sales. Customers scan a QR code, verify their ID and face, and the cooler unlocks if they meet age and time restrictions. It’s launching this summer in over 1,000 hotel locations. 5. Room-charge enabled Stockwell and Pico solutions Thanks to the integration of Impulsify, hotel guests can now charge items to their room directly from Stockwell or Pico coolers. This eliminates the need for manual front desk tracking and improves revenue capture for operators.
