An afternoon out. A circular walk exploring the old mining engine houses and stacks. Around Caradon Hill On the South of Bodmin Moor. I’ve made this a circular walking route starting and finishing in the same place to make it accessible for all. It’s a walk of 3 1/2 to 4 miles which can be added to with plenty of more options to explore. There is a pub at start/finish and tea rooms and cafes in the village of the famous Minions (around half way) This is a walk of nearly all footpaths or open Moorland (so you can find your own path 😀) Get a taste of what mining was about or take in the fantastic views.
