Meet Katie McCarthy, a highly respected Holistic Health professional with over a decade of nursing experience who passionately shares her knowledge as a cannabis expert and helps lead people to find balance in their daily lives both physically and mentally. Inspired by her personal journey to take back control of her health, Katie developed a 12 week personal development workshop called Meant for C.H.A.O.S. where she empowers individuals to prioritize their mental health by working through the CHAOS Technique. Set boundaries and prioritize self care During her workshop, Katie aims to equip her clients with the necessary tools to transform their lifestyle by utilizing science based practices that promote a holistic approach to wellness. After receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Bridgewater State University and her RN Diploma from Brockton Hospital School of Nursing, Katie also ventured into a very successful journey of entrepreneurship alongside her nursing career. Considering her dynamic background between building multiple businesses and continuously caring for others, she is no stranger to overcoming challenges, wearing multiple hats, and experiencing intense periods of burnout and caretaker fatigue. Despite her impressive track record of success as well as her professional prowess, Katie battled with major bouts of depression and anxiety. In 2019 she discovered the world of plant medicine and began exploring the benefits of CBD, yoga, meditation, and mindfulness for her well-being. Her powerful mental health transformation now allows her to empower others to heal themselves by taking care of their mind and body, and prioritizing self care. Katie’s method is designed to help you find clarity in the chaos and reconnect with your authentic self through a combination of proven techniques, exercises, and self care habits.
