Welcome to the channel! This song has been stuck in my head since I heard it, and is one that is a blast to play on anything! I took a little creative liberty on this song, and had a ton of fun making it! I hope this cover is a blessing, and all glory to God! I tuned my bass differently then standard tuning, C-A-D-G (the E string is tuned down to C). I did this because the original is played on a five string bass, which I do not have. The lowest note I could hear being played is a C, so I tuned my low E to C to get that 5 string bass "feel." It did not take long to figure out the note positions, and it was not very hard to pull off effectively. Please excuse the camera shaking, I had it CRANKED in the monitors, and didn't notice the shaking until editing the video. I also used the active EQ on the bass, adding a touch of mids and cranking the bass and treble controls. Amp: Line 6 HX model (Line 6 HX Stomp XL) the Ampeg B-15NF FX: The effects (Line 6 HX Stomp XL), in order, are: Deluxe Comp, Parametric EQ, (Y split), Simple Pitch, Thrifter Fuzz, Obsidian 7000, Ampeg Scrambler, Ampeg Liquifier, Amp Block. The only FX on were the Ampeg Scrambler, EQ, and Compressor. The drives are on a parallel path to retain low end.
