2 Easy Raw Vegan Breakfasts | Overnight Oats & Chia Pudding | Meal Planning | Whole Foods

Love cooking with whole foods? Overnight oats and chia pudding are two of my favorite recipes to make when I'm meal planning. This overnight oats recipe is a great way to have oatmeal. It's a super healthy vegan recipe! The chia pudding is delicious too! Meal planning saves so much time and takes the headache out of deciding what to make for breakfast. You can tweak these simple recipes to your liking. I used blueberries but you can use strawberries, peaches and even cherries. Maybe add some granola or a sprinkle of coconut. So simple and easy! Oh and delicious!! Here is the recipe! Overnight Oats: 1/4 cup rolled oats 1 cup plant milk 1/4 cup blueberries cinnamon raw sugar Overnight Chia Pudding: 3 Tablespoon chia seeds 1 cup plant milk 1/2 cup blueberries a few drops of vanilla extract cinnamon Place all of the ingredients into a sealed container. Glass is great or BPA free plastic. Use what you like. Stir a little bit. Place in fridge over night. Tah Dah! You have breakfast or a healthy snack for a few days! Super easy!
