My HGH25 and HGW25 carriages that I had bought have a light preload Z0 - that is not suitable for a precision machine. So I had to buy new balls for medium preload ZA and change them on all 12 carriages. I did not find information on the size of the balls for preload ZA. I did not get an answer from HIWIN either. I had to buy in addition 4 carriages with preload ZA and measured the their balls. These carriages remain as reserve. HGH25 and HGW25 have 124 balls. The diameters I measured are: Light preload Z0: 4.754 mm Medium preload ZA: 4.763 mm I am not claiming that these are the absolutely accurate values ​​used by HIWIN. They are only measured by me.
