인하대학교 K학술확산연구센터입니다. 『Korean Society and Immigration』 - This is the lecture of the 3rd week. 『한국사회와 이민』 3주차 6차시 강의입니다. ✔Lecture Introduction Korea is a representative country that has successfully undergone immigration changes worldwide, and since the late 1980s, it has transformed from a labor-sending country to a labor-influent country. After briefly examining the concept of immigration, its history, and transformation patterns in Korean society, this analysis focuses on three representative waves of foreign migration to Korea: the return migration of compatriots, labor migration of Southeast Asians, and marriage migration examined by type and period. Furthermore, we would like to examine the major domestic and foreign factors that influenced the formation and change of major immigration policies by period. ✔Lecture Objectives It will cover Korea's labor immigration policy, learning from the industrial trainee system to the employment permit system. ✔Lecture Content 3rd weekly topic is “Changes in Korea’s Labor Immigration Policy: Changes and Issues to the Employment Permit System," and the 3-6 session aims to examine “Summary.” #immigration #immigration policy #KAcademy #PoliticalDiplomacy #KoreanStudies #InhaUniversity ✔강의 소개 한국은 전 세계적으로 이민변천을 성공적으로 겪은 대표적인국가로 1980년대 말 이후 노동송출국에서 노동유입국으로 변모하였다. 이민 관련 개념, 역사 및 한국사회의 이민변천 양상을 간략히 살펴본 후, 외국인의 국내이주의 대표적인 세 가지 물결인 동포의 귀환이주, 동남아시아인의 노동이주, 결혼이주를 유형별 그리고 시기별로 나누어 살펴본다. 나아가 시기별 주요 이민정책의 형성과 변화에 영향을 미친 국내외 주요 요인들도 함께 살펴보고자 한다. ✔강의 목표 한국 노동이민정책의 모색과 변화, 산업연수생제에서 고용허가제까지 학습한다. ✔강의 내용 3주차 강의 주제는 “한국 노동이민정책의 변화: 고용허가제로의 변화와 이슈”이며, 6차시 강의에서는 “학습정리”에 대해 살펴본다. #이민 #이민정책 #K학술확산연구센터 #정치외교 #한국학 #인하대학교 #한국학중앙연구원
