Have you ever realized that you got a bit too defensive and then felt silly about it? Perhaps you realized you were wrong halfway through an argument and weren’t quite sure how to back out of it? The instinct to be defensive of our ideas is natural, but sometimes it can really get the best of us. While listening to an EFAP podcast, I was captivated by a heated debate and in this video I try to explore why.
