Marie's channel:   / @marieloveasbury   Crepes recipe: 2/3 cup flour 1/4 tsp salt 2 tbsp sugar 2 eggs slightly beaten 1 cup milk 4 tbsp water 2 tbsp melted butter, plus more for frying In a medium bowl, sift together flour, salt, and sugar Whisk in eggs a little at a time Slowly mix in milk and water to make a smooth batter Strain batter into pitcher and set aside for 20-30 minutes Heat nonstick pan over medium heat Stir melted butter into batter Brush pan with butter and add about 2-4 tbsp batter Quickly tilt and rotate pan to caver base with a thin layer of batter Cook about 1 minute until top is set and base is golden With a spatula, lift the edge to check the color Carefully turn over crepe and cook for an additional 30 seconds Place a sheet of wax paper between each crepe as they are stacked to prevent sticking Hi there!
