(आज्ञान, संज्ञान, विज्ञान एवम् प्रज्ञान के सन्दर्भ में)" [भाग -१]” “Decoding Problems of Knowledge - "Is Knowledge One or Many? Is Knowledge Indivisible/ What Does indivisibility (wholeness) of Knowledge mean? (In the context of Aagyaan, Samgyaan, Vigyaan, and Pragyaan)" [Part-1] brought together 68 scholars from various states and institutions to explore the nature of knowledge. The dialogue delved into profound questions - is knowledge one or many? Is it indivisible or fragmented? Participants examined diverse perspectives, including Sanskrit shaastriya traditions like Advaita Vedanta, Jainism, Buddhism, and Nyaya, alongside Western knowledge systems such as Plato, Aristotle, Kant, and modern sciences. The discussion was a rich exchange of ideas, with scholars sharing insights and challenging assumptions. The academic karma proved to be a significant platform for intellectual discourse, fostering a deeper understanding of knowledge and its complexities. Attendees engaged in a thought-provoking exploration of how knowledge is perceived across different traditions, and whether it is a unified whole or a collection of diverse perspectives. The dialogue also touched upon pressing issues like information overload, interdisciplinary clashes, and epistemic crises. By the end of the event, participants had contributed to the dialogue culture of the Rishi tradition, gaining valuable insights into the nature of knowledge and its role in navigating complex global problems . This academic karma marked a significant step in promoting interdisciplinary understanding and scholarly collaboration. After the open house dialogue a vote of thanx was proposed by IASSK, CHD.
