Small Town Drive Through : Aliwal North, Eastern Cape

Aliwal North, the next in our series of small town drive throughs, ie. much as a normal traveller would experience the town. In this route, on the way to Port Elizabeth, we go into town and then turn off on the R58 to go to Burgersdorp. Aliwal North has two hot spring resorts, and a large number of BnBs for people wanting to stop over (but their prices are above average for some reason) There are also a couple of restaurants with decks overlooking the Orange river, which are very nice places to stop for lunch. A follow up video will cover the route straight through town en route to East London on the N6
