If I only have 5 minutes, I bake this delicious lemon cake! We ate it all in 5 minutes! The cake is incredibly delicious! Please select your language in the settings. ✅ Ingredients: (glass size 200 ml) lemon peel 2 eggs a pinch of salt 100 g sugar (1/2 cup + 1 tbsp) 80 g butter (4 tbsp) 120 ml sour cream (1/2 cup + 1 tbsp) Peel of half a lemon 200 g flour (1 cup + 1/2 cup) 7 g baking powder (1.5 tsp) --- remaining lemon peel + 1 tbsp sugar Bake in the oven at 170 °C (340 °F) for 40 minutes.
