In today's video, I attempt to challenge myself again and run 100 miles in one week. It was, without a doubt, the toughest physical feat I have ever attempted. Running that much in a seven day period requires an average of over 14 miles per day and is taxing on not just the body but the mind as well. Ever since my wrist was broken, I have had to forget about other video ideas because I am now limited. This was a chance to do something that I never believed I would ever do. This was an extremely tough video to film and put together as well. The Coronavirus may be keeping us from living a normal everyday life for now but it has at least given us a chance to focus on things that we not normally be able to do. If you have a project or a challenge that you have been neglecting, maybe it's one of your best chances to give it a shot. Make do with what you have!
