Hi folks, It is time to put this Emeril Lagasse Power Air Fryer 360 ON BLAST WITH MG. This unit will fill your house with SMOKE during the normal cooking process of any item that has any chance of fat dripping onto its heating elements. The heating elements are exposed directly underneath whatever you are cooking, thus any drippings will directly impact on the heating coils causing a flare-up, potentially proving to be a fire hazard not to mention filling your house with smoke as evidenced in this video. I do like the unit because it does a dozen other things very well however, cooking meats, especially fatty meats is not one of them. In my opinion, the risk of fire and the fact that your house looks like a European Disco complete with smoke detectors beeping incessantly, this unit needs a re-design maybe even a recall as it does pose a real safety risk.
