today's episode is about controlling white flies using a homemade low cost yellow trap. these flies are hardly affecting tomato, green chilli, #eggplants etc. because of it's small size these flies are escaped from any pesticides. so we need to control the same using any other way. white flies largely affecting #tomato plants, they are spreading virus to plants. you can identify the presence of these flies by checking the under parts of leaves. white powder can be visible, we have already discussed about different methods to control this. theory of this trap is, flies attracted by the yellow color, we are making a trap using that color and attaching some petroleum jelly over it. Vaseline type creams are suitable , take a yellow color paper or any other substances. attach Vaseline on the surface, it will help to stuck flies over the board. this is very common and largely used to control small flies. another method is make yellow color water, any water based yellow color paint can be used #gardening . dilute paint in a container with water, this will attract small flies and we can control them. these are small ideas, result may vary person to person. you can modify these into a better way. post your results, subscribe the channel if you like the idea.
