Chicken Yakhni Pulao | New Outdoor Kitchen | Food With Saad Raja . . . #yakhnipulao #pulao #chickenpulao #chicken #chickenrecipe #cookingvlog #outdoorkitchen #chickenpulaorecipe #chickenyakhnipulao Ingredients and Recipe 1 kg Chicken 3 Cinnamon Sticks 1 TSP Cumin 10-15 Black Pepper 4 Black Cardamom 6-7 Cloves 1 TSP Fenugreek 1 TSP Coriander 5-6 Cloves 2 Cinnamon 2-3 Black Cardamom 1 Onion 1 Garlic bulb 2 inch Ginger piece 200g Ghee 100g Yogurt 2 Onions chopped 2 Tomatos chopped 2 TBSP Ginger/Garlic paste 1TSP Chili flakes 750g Rice pre-soaked In a pot add 6 glass of water and add 1 TSP Fenugreek, 1 TSP Coriander, 5-6 Cloves, 2 Cinnamon, 2-3 Black Cardamom, 1 Onion, 1 Garlic bulb, 2 inch Ginger piece and 1 Kg Chicken. Let it boil for 15 minutes. The yakhni is ready and strain it. Now in a pan add 200g ghee and add 2 medium onions. Let it brown. Then add 2 TBSP ginger/garlic paste and 3 Cinnamon Sticks, 1 TSP Cumin, 10-15 Black Pepper, 4 Black Cardamom and 6-7 Cloves. Now add 2 chopped tomatos and 3 tsp salt and 1 tsp chcili flakes (optional). Let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add chicken from the stock and cook for 2-3 minutes and then add 100g yogurt and ginger slices and let it cook for 4-5 minutes. Now add all the chicken stock we made and also add 3-4 green chilies slices and let it cook until it boils. Once completely boiled and 750g pre-soaked rice. Cook for another 2-3 minutes till bubble starts appearing over the rice. Then cook on dum for 15 minutes and Yakhni Pulao is ready!
