This is a medley of some of our favourite worship songs! "Rain Upon My Life" was written by some of the young songwriters in our worship team and inspired by our church's theme for last year where our pastor preached on how God sends His people the "Latter rain", a rain that heralds a season of harvest. (Deuteronomy 11:14, 28:12, Zechariah 10:1). It's easy to feel discouraged in the valley seasons of our lives, where it seems dark all around. But we were reminded that God hasn't stopped sending His rain... In fact, we are even more certain that He is still showering healing, peace and blessings especially during a time like this! Just like how storm clouds often precede torrential rain, there is a rain coming to refresh all who are needy and thirsty, to revive the fainthearted and weary... Every drop is a kiss from a heavenly Father who loves us without reserve, from a saviour who gave Himself wholeheartedly to us. "What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?" - Romans 8:31-32 So dear friend of ours, we invite you once again to join us in this moment of worship from our home, and we pray that you will leave this page having felt God's rain of love and refreshing just as we did.
