I was deliberating about which video to post next (I have an Albert and Victoria one ready which I'm super pumped about plus a few others) but I've had this ready for AGES and I've been dying to share it with all of you. I had such a buzz of inspiration for this video that I finished it in about a day, I just couldn't stop. To be honest with you, I was having a really really dark day, and Lancelot/Gwen are one of those ships that I adore so much but they fill me with so much sadness for what could have been - coupled with this song, and even when I watch it back all these weeks later I think "wow you were reeeeally having a bad day when you made this!!!" I still really love how it turned out, not only because it's the longest video of them I've made (it's the whole song wow!) but also because I think this is the first time I've ever vidded Lancelot/Gwen in respect to what they represent in canon. I love vidding them in fluffy kinds of videos or general videos, but I've never ever explored the truly tragic nature of their relationship and wow did it hurt to go down that rabbit hole! I'd love some feedback from all you L/G lovers as these two are so dear to me and sorry if this made you super sad haha On a brighter note slightly - I'm attending a Merlin/Arthur themed convention this October in Berlin called Coinelot.
