Hello Beautiful❤️ welcome to my channel Glow& heal..!!🥰 Description: Ingredients: 1-2 cups of milk 1 bowl of oats 1 banana 2 tablespoons of soaked chia seeds 1/2 apple 1 tablespoon of flaxseed A handful of dry fruits (such as raisins, almonds, and cashews) Honey to taste Instructions: 1. Soak the chia seeds in water for about 10-15 minutes until they have a gel-like texture. This will make it easier for your body to absorb the nutrients in the chia seeds. 2. Add the oats to a blender and pulse until they are finely ground. This will make it easier to blend with the other ingredients and create a smooth texture. 3. Add the milk to the blender, followed by the banana, chia seeds, apple, flaxseed, and dry fruits. You can use any combination of dry fruits that you like, such as raisins, almonds, and cashews. 4. Blend all the ingredients together until everything is well combined and the smoothie is smooth and creamy. You may need to blend for about a minute or two to get the desired consistency. 5. Taste the smoothie and add honey to sweeten to your liking. You can also add more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency. 6. Take a serving glass or jar and pour the smoothie into it. 7. Sprinkle some dried blackcurrant on top of the smoothie. You can also add some other dried fruits like cranberries or apricots if you like. 8. Add a handful of pomegranate seeds on top of the dried blackcurrant. Pomegranate seeds are a great source of antioxidants and add a nice crunch to the smoothie. 9. Finally, add some dried plum pieces on top. Dried plum is a good source of dietary fiber and also adds a sweet and tangy flavor to the smoothie. 10. Serve the oats smoothie with the garnishes and enjoy!
