How to setup port forwarding? 1. Please input camera' Lan IP address into the browser (Firefox or Chrome or IE supported) please check the Lan IP address in your wansview app or pc client software 2.Input the camera's username and password 3.Select Mode 1 to view the camera 4.Click Setup--Network--Port to change the port number(The port range is 80-65535）and then Save setting. 5.Input Router's IP address into the browser to access router setting. 6. Please sign in your router. 7. Select "Wan", click "Virtual Server/Port Forwarding"--Basic Config--choose "yes", famous service list: HTTP port forwarding page will be seen (Warm note: different router has a different interface) 8. Service Name can be anything, like Q3S; Source IP: camera's LAN IP address ; Port Range: camera's http number; Local IP address: camera's LAN IP address The local port is the same as Port Range; Protocol: BOTH and add"+" 9. And then click"Apply" to finish the port forwarding setting. 10. Go to the camera's web page, "Set up"- "Status", click" Check Internet IP address" and you can get the camera's Wan IP address.
