I've now reviewed all three devices in this series, with the latter being the Wave Solo. In this review I take a look at what comes with the Wave Solo out of the box, talk about the specifications and features, and then show the massage ball in use. Admittedly, this type of tool is not something I'd typically find myself using as part of my recovery routine (because I don't usually find them useful, but I do occasionally use a lacrosse ball) but I did find myself enjoying the Wave Solo on my calf and achilles.
