It is a refreshing juice made from pineapple, mint and lemon juice. This juice can be easily prepared with very few ingredients that are easily available in your kitchen and is ideal to beat the summer heat. Ingredients: Pineapple pieces - 200 gms Mint Leaves - 10 to 15 Sugar - 1 to 2 tsp Lemon Juice from 1/2 lemon Water - 1/4 cup For Serving: Ice cubes Fresh Mint Leaves - for garnish Preparation Blend all the ingredients in a blender or mixer jar until smooth. Pass through a sieve to strain the juice. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour the juice. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and enjoy!!!
