Thomas has a passion for the things of God, mainly people. God has given him a heart to love people, strangers, friends, anybody. He loves to see people come into their identity as children of the living King. Like his father Bill Hoopes says "Thomas does not know a stranger". From a very early age Thomas would "work" the room going form person to person and speak passionately about God.  Throughout his life God has used Thomas as a connector of both people and resources, from his time on the missions field, to connecting people from various churches and ministries in his hometown. At 41, Thomas feels like he is just coming into some of the things God has for him and his Family.   Thomas and his wife Taira of nearly Ten years have Four beautiful children.
