Zach: Hey, guys. Zach here at etrailer.com. Today, we're going to be taking a look at the etrailer threaded hitch pin lock. This is going to be a great addition to any of those etrailer cargo carriers that you may own, such as the folding cargo carrier that we have here, the folding and tilting cargo carrier, the motorcycle carrier, or the ATV carrier. The pin's going to act the same way as the anti-rattle bolt that came with your carrier. So it takes that shake and play out, but it adds that lock on there. And this only works with two-inch hitches. It's a two and five-eighths inch span with a five-eighth inch diameter. And I like that it has this barrel lock on there versus some of the other style locks that we've seen on anti-rattle bolts. So there's not a lot of room for that to wiggle around. So it makes it a little bit more challenging to pry that off. But with this barrel lock style, you put the key in there and you have to spin it off. So when I first saw these, I thought it was kind of a hassle, but the more I thought about it, and it was explained to me that this design makes it much more challenging for someone to pick that lock. So you have to spin that off to get off there. So that lock core is a little bit more challenging for someone trying to take this off. And to put it back on, we just put it back in place and just reverse that process. And it comes with two keys that are keyed alike. I'll get that out of there. And it comes with that dust cap to keep dirt and grime from getting in there and gunking that up and causing some rust and corrosion in the lock core. And it also has a chrome-plated steel construction. So that will also hold up against the rust and corrosion. And when it comes time to putting this on, I think that the grip on this other end of the lock is really nice. So we'll get that threaded in there. And I'm going to use a seven-eighths inch wrench on this to get this tightened down the rest of the way. Now you may have to raise up on the cargo carrier a little bit, just a little bit to get that in place, and we don't need to get this super tight, just to kind of enough for that lock washer to flatten out a little bit. You can see, take a decent amount of shake and play out of that. We're set. And then we can get that lock put back in place. Then once you get that cap back on, you're going to be set and ready to go.Overall, I think this is a really nice addition to any of your etrailer cargo carriers, whether you have a more traditional style or the motorcycle carrier, you want to make sure that your investment is still going to be there the next time you go to use it. And that's going to do it for our look at the etrailer anti-rattle threaded hitch pin lock.
