Home renovating is leading to a review hiatus, but I'm excited to share another transport journey of mine, as a throwback from a weekend in Sydney from December last year. This is the final installment of a big day trip on the Friday, and was a chance to look at what is now quite a rarity for suburban bus travel, an un-airconditioned, high floor bus. This Scania L113CRB is fitted with a relatively modern Custom Coaches 510 body, and a no-nonsense interior, an interesting combination for a late 90's route service bus, especially as low floor vehicles were already gaining popularity in this era. Interesting to check out, but an era where public transport is fully accessible is one which I welcome as a practicing professional.
