17.08.2025 We have the coffee machine, we nee to get the coffee now, We will be heading to Nespresso in Selfridges to get the pods my sister wants. Since we are already there, why not try the coffee as well. Then we will head to Bullring to get shoes for our little brother, some Converse maybe, followed by a trip to Primark. It's not a shopping day without stopping at Primark. The we will do an unboxing of the coffee we got concluding with dyeing my hair for the next season that is approaching very quick. This vlog is meant to help with overcoming instant gratification from social media, due short video becoming very popular and continuous scrolling, by delivering a slower story. I edited the clips to be a tad bit longer than usual, trying to train our attention span to become better, not skip or fast forward to get to the 'action'. Life isn't full of 'action' moment, but a build up of slow moments that stick in our brain and we can remember. Not everyone will be able to get to the end of the vlogs, but it's OK. Keep trying!!
