DCS World - Su-33 - Russian Navy in the Syrian War, November 2016

In November 2016, Russia decided to send its only aircraft carrier, Admiral Kuznetsov to Eastern Mediterranean for participation in nation's military support of Syrian regime. The carrier's aircraft component was small and couldn't have impacted the outcome of war. However, embarked Su-33 fighters were still able to perform strike missions against targets in rebel controlled territories near Idlib and in other locations. This DCS World reenactment video shows how one of those strikes might have looked like. Beginning of the video was inspired by the Russian Ministry of Defense video released in the announcement of Russian Naval Aviation participation in the Syrian conflict. Editing was deliberately left 'crude' in order to better imitate the original.
