I see things differently and will help you understand why it’s wrong to view the ego as an enemy. In this video, I’m answering a question from one of our community members: “I’m tired of battling with my ego. How do I win this war?” This video is divided into 2 parts: 1. We define the ego so we’re all on the same page. 2. I answer this viewer’s question in depth by sharing a story of revelation about the ego that I received during a plant medicine ceremony. It was during an Ayahuasca ceremony that the deeper truth about the ego was revealed to me and that truth has helped me completely shift my understanding of ego. While many teachers use the acronym “Edging God Out” for the ego, I came to see it as God’s Grace in some points in our lives. So fighting the ego is not only unloving toward yourself, but it also creates a deep sense of separation (disintegration) from Divine Consciousness. Well, that “fighting” energy ends today. I’ll show you how to view the ego in a more loving way and as a consequence, you’ll never have issues with your ego again.
