Here at Solus Scientific we enjoy training and supporting our customers because we want you to get the best out of our products. We offer on-site New User training to completely new customers and also to new staff at established customer sites. Advanced Training can also be arranged to provide deeper knowledge for ‘Super Users’. This will allow you to become the 'go-to' person who can provide immediate support in the lab. As a supplement to on-site training, we are producing a series of short videos to act as a quick refresher. Throughout the year, we will be releasing these videos to support you to get the most out of your automated Solus Pathogen Testing System. In the first video of the series, we introduce the DS-Matrix software. This program runs the DS2 robot to automate ELISA immunoassays.
