Thumper’s finally getting his car sprayed! 🙌 After a year and a half of saying “we’ll paint it soon,” we finally made it happen. In this one, we’re sanding, finding hidden bondo surprises, masking everything up, and laying down some serious metal flake. We went with Ed “Daddy” Roth Beatnik Purple (over black 😮‍🔥) and loaded it up with flake to make it POP. A few runs, a little spilled flake, some coaching on the gun (“never stop, never stop!”), and boom — gleam, glisten, glitter. We only did one solid coat of clear for now because there are more designs coming 👀 Layer by layer, we’re building it right.
