I hope you enjoy seeing the 1950s summer dresses I've sewn on my vintage sewing journey so far - all from vintage sewing patterns. While not exactly a capsule wardrobe as the dresses offer so much variety, they do give me a 1950s dress to wear every day of the week. I've sewn some iconic vintage sewing patterns from Marilyn Monroe's blue polka dot sundress to Brigitte Bardot's pink gingham wedding gown to the infamous Walkaway dress.
