Whether you call us Native American, Indigenous, American Indian, First People or First Nations, we are still here and going strong. In honor of Indigenous Peoples' Day, the R.J. Phillips Band has written a new song called "We Are Still Here". Indigenous Peoples' Day is a national holiday that celebrates and honors Native American peoples and commemorates their histories and cultures.
