In a pan add 3 tbsp oil and add 1 chopped onion. Cook for 3-4 minutes and add 125g mutton mince, cook for a minute and add 1 tbsp chopped garlic and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Now add 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp red chili, 1/2 tsp coriander, 1/2 tsp chili flakes, 1/2 tsp salt. Cook for a minute and add 1 tsp anaar dana and 1/2 tsp chopped green chilies and cook for 2-3 minutes. Once cooked, add 2 tbsp mint leaves and some fresh coriander. The qeema stuffing is ready. Now make and fry cutlets as shown in the video.
