The third Zero Debris webinar on 13 February 2026 helps with ‘Navigating Zero Debris Requirements, Policies, and Regulations Across the World.’ It brings together the community to unpack how debris mitigation expectations are defined, implemented and evolving across jurisdictions. In the recording, you’ll hear from presenters from ESA and the European Space Policy Institute (ESPI), as they: Explain ESA’s internal Space Debris Mitigation Policy and associated technical requirements, including how applicability, tailoring and independent compliance assessment work in practice. Provide a global legal and policy perspective on the shift from voluntary guidance towards more binding obligations, including key differences between US and EU approaches. Highlight the implications for organisations planning compliance across multiple jurisdictions as frameworks evolve towards 2030. Presentations included the success stories of the E.T.Pack initiative and Vyoma. The session ended with an open Q&A session.
