Domaine de Bramefant is a beautifully appointed and lovingly restored old French farmhouse set alone amidst rolling hills and 20 acres of its own vineyards. With far reaching and uninterrupted views this is a truly outstanding location in Dordogne, France. A 40m² covered terrace gives you the freedom to dine outside, whatever the weather. The 75m² heated and mosaic tiled, L-shaped, infinity pool (with waterfall at one end) is both alarmed and fully fenced for children's safety and has a 0.9m shallow end. The property is approached by its own 400m drive off a small country lane and, although totally secluded, is only about 15 kms from Bergerac and 9 kms from Ste Foy la Grande, each with their traditional French markets. Domaine de Bramefant is just 1.5 kms from the village of Saussignac, which has a shop selling bread, a restaurant, post office and a small market on Friday mornings. The gite is also within easy reach of all Dordogne's renowned attractions - the historic caves, the bastide towns, chateaux, canoeing on the rivers, aqua parks, beautiful country walks, horse riding, evening markets in July and August in the bastide town of Eymet, fantastic Perigourdine restaurants, St Emilion, Monbazillac, golf -especially Golf des Vigiers just 5 minutes away - and wine tasting everywhere!!
