Beetroot Ice Cream 🍨 Use Only 3 Ingredients |Homemade Icecream | How to Make Beetroot Icecream #beetrooticecream #icecream #healthyicecream Ingredients 2 medium size beetroots. -250 cold whipping cream 100 ml condensed milk 2tbsp of powdered sugar How to make beetroot ice-cream? Recipe: Delicious beetroot ice cream recipe Take two medium size beetroots. Wash and cut the top portion. Put in pressure cooker with half glass of water. Now pressure cook up to 3 to 4 whistles on medium flame. Let's keep it to cool completely. Take it out on a plate. Peel the outer skin with help of a knife. Now cut the beetroot into small sizes. Now put the beetroot pieces in a blender jar & blend till it makes a fine puree. Remove in a bowl and keep it in a freezer for at least 1 hour for best result. Now till then take a big mixing bowl, add 300 gm of chilled whipping cream. Now beat the cream for about 3 to 4 minutes on maximum speed. Beat it properly till it doubles up. After 1 hour now add the chilled beetroot puree. Whisk and blend the mixture now properly on maximum speed using a blender. When the whipping cream double up add chilled sweetened condensed milk (100 ml) Add 1 tbsp of vanilla essence. Again start whipping on max speed until it's stiff peaks. Lastly add 2 tbsp of powdered sugar which is totally optional. Adding powdered sugar will give the ice cream good texture. Now whip again for 1 minute at least. Now cover the surface of the bowl with cling film (food wrap) & let the mixture freeze for 4 hours. After 4 hours take the bowl of mixture out of freezer and again start whipping it for 1 or 2 minutes. Roughly break it so you can easily beat it. Now pour the mixture in the airtight container. And then wrap the container with food wrap. Cover it properly to avoid crystalisation. And keep it to freeze in freezer overnight or max 8 hours.
