NEXT VIDEO: TELLING MY HUSBAND I'M PREGNANT:    • TELLING MY HUSBAND I'M PREGNANT!!   I've been waiting two years for this moment... telling my friends and family I'm pregnant!!! Since we have shared pretty openly about our infertility journey and fertility treatments, we knew it would be hard to surprise anyone with an announcement. So we decided to do the IVF transfer in secret, keeping our fingers crossed that it would work, so that we could surprise everyone around the holidays. We did announce to our friends and family SUPER early. And if it weren't for the holidays (I live 1.5 hour by plane from my family and 12 hrs by plane from Luca's family!!) we might've waited until the usual 12 week mark to tell them... but we wouldn't have seen them for months after the holidays, so this was our only chance to tell them in person. As we mentioned in the video, some were a bit confused because we told them we would be doing the transfer after the holidays, which was our original plan before we changed our mind and decided to do the transfer in November. And we're so happy we did since IT WORKED!!! I'm now 13 weeks pregnant and I can't wait to share the rest of this journey with you!!!
