Here's my Halloween treat for you all. Drop Bows On Em is the third custom Kontakt instrument I've developed that is entirely free. The Tonewoods Marimba and Xylophone were an excuse for me to figure out enough scripting that I could eventually make this. What you have is a 5-layer, bowed percussion ensemble with independent processing and FX for each layer. This thing is so versatile. To demonstrate, I recreated Ludacris's seminal hit Southern Hospitality with nothing, but Drop Bows On Em. You can hear that at the top of the video. There's 26 presets to get you started as you explore this deep and quirky beast. Kontakt 7+ required for use.
